Egg-Less Brownies for Kobek

This was hard to find, a good egg-less brownie recipe but I DID IT and they were actually very good.

Can’t replace a regular brownie recipe with eggs but it’ll do!

Valentine's Day/Goodbye Cupcakes =D

I made these for my peeps at work. I recently quit so this was my last batch of goodies I baked for them. It was right before Valentine’s day too so that’s why there are hearts and “XOX”s .  These are birthday cake cupcakes with caramel frosting.

OMG it’s Easter Time!

OMG it’s been forever since i’ve baked cupcakes, almost a WHOLE month! It’s almost Easter now though and I have so many ideas going through my head that I just need to bring them to life! SO GET READY!

Here’s what I got so far…

Chocolate Cupcakes

Alrighty…so what I had planned did not go well. I wanted to make kind of like kinder surprise chocolate, but with cute lil easter chocolates inside, buuuuut they didn’t turn out smooth and fit together properly so, that was a no go. Instead I made chocolate flowers to go on the cupcakes =)

Easter Flower Cupcakes

When you stuff them all into a container they look like a super bright flower field of cake and sugar! ❤

Easter Basket Cupcake

This is another cupcake I made with the same chocolatecupcake recipe. It’s an easter basket with marshmallow frosting. It was yummy but it didn’t excite me very much visually. so i didn’t want to make anymore.

Death By Chocolate Anyone?

Last week, I received a request from one of my friends for chocolate, chocolate, CHOCOLATE cupcakes. How I could possibly fit so much chocolate onto a tiny cupcake? I had no idea. So I just winged it and this is what I came up with.

When presenting cupcakes it’s always nice to have something to contrast with the main cupcake, without stealing it’s thunder, you know?

So, the other cupcake is the same chocolate cupcake but with a simple swirl of frosting.
